What's New In My Makeup Bag Today?

Natural beauty tarte cheek stain. This is a "water-based gel cheek tint that gives you a natural flush. " I bought mine at Sephora.

CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain, Revlon Age Defying foundation and lashblast waterproof are all available at drugstores and at Target.

Beauty trick: Laura Mercier foundation primer sets my foundation all day long. Plus its oil free which helps my skin. Don't you think that Laura Mercier has lovely products? xoxo

One of my favorite products ever! 'Rosebud Salve aids in the relief of chapped skin, diaper rash, blemishes, detergent burns and rough cuticles'. What a steal at only $6 a jar. Can also be found at Sephora.

So, what's in your Makeup bag today?

I love Estee Lauder "More Than Mascara". It gives amazing volume & colour, stays on ALL DAY and yet washes off with water and a bit of baby oil.

Cherry Chapstick rocks, too.

I love Rosebud - I used it on my mother's lips to keep them moist while she was in the hospital for the last time.

Dollface: These are all great suggestions. I agree with you that Nars is also amazing!

edder: Cherry Chapstick Bonne Bell has slight color and tastes so good. Thank you for your comment.

Thanks for stopping by!

I never thought of darker red lipstick! That's brilliant! I know I want to wear my hair in a low, loose bun and with the right shade of red it'd be PERFECT! Thanks so much for the idea!

The Rosebud Salve seems like such a wonderful product.

And I'm allergic to roses! My luck, huh.

I've not tried Laura Mercier products but I've thought about it many times. And I'm so in love with Sephora it's not funny!

I saw that cheek stain recently at Sephora and I was thinking about getting it... Do you have any complaints about it?:)

Jules: Sephora can be very addicting and I love it there. Laura Mercier is recommended by a lot of makeup of artists and her products are made beautifully. Let me know what you try.

Whispering Writer: The lipstain works really well and I add some rosebud salve over the stain to add some shine. Honestly, it doesn't taste great. Thanx for your comment sweetie!

Eda: No complaints at all and I love how it smells. Just be aware that a little goes a long way. You have to rub it into your cheeks for a more natural look. Thanx for your comment and let me know if you try it.

You and I can go shopping any, any time my friend. You have excellent taste. I see many of my most favorite items in your purse.

This is also good for me to know should be ever become stranded together in the greater Bay Area. I would hate to be caught without my Rosebud Salve.
