Inspirational Weekend Quote

I love this inspirational weekend quote! Don't you? It reminds me that I'm not in control of how my life plot will turn out.

My theory: I believe in fate and also in free choice.

What if fate was still planned out for us, but then you still get to choose which path to go down? With this theory, two roads are presented to you and you get to choose which job to take or which city to move to. I always feel like someone is watching over me, but I have the power to change my path.

Life twists and turns and you can fight back or buckle up and enjoy the ride.

What did you take away from this weekend quote? I am so grateful for the cast that has stuck around me. Would you want to know your plot ahead of time? Happy weekend lovelies!

I don't want to know my plot beforehand. The unknown makes us who we are. Everything that I've been through has shaped my personality, my character, and my outlook on life.

As much as we hate the unknown...we need it.

Plus - there would be no surprise! How depressing!

I think it's about valuing the uniqueness of people around you while savoring life's unpredictable ride.

Good gracious.

I need to contemplate this for at least....a very long time....

I did meet my husband when I was a year old, our parents grew to become best friends and there is NO doubt in my tiny little crinkled brain that this was destiny.

However.......I am still sorting all the rest of the nonsense out. Can I get back to you?

That's a fabulous quote indeed. think we are always in control of what we do, and what we say, and while we can't always control our circumstances, how we react to them, and what we do despite of them, makes all the difference.

You're right. Knowing the plot ahead of time takes all the fun out of the great wonderful things that happen to us. And why learn about the bad stuff ... somehow we'll survive, maybe even make lemonade out of the bitter lemons ;-)

I have a plan for my plan...so it's always hard for me to remember that it's not up to me! And as we possibly prepare to re-deploy my husband, I must know that whatever the plot is, it will work out for the best. Thank you for making me think this Monday morning. It's a lovely way to start off the week!
